3. Subscription

• After successful subscription, the user may receive a unique user ID, referral link, or other platform facilities according to company policy.
• Subscription validity and renewal terms will be displayed at the time of subscription.
• Subscription fees may change from time to time.

4. Commission and Earnings

• Commission is payable only on successful and verified eligible product sales.
• No commission is guaranteed merely for purchasing a subscription or referring another person.
• Commission will be calculated according to the company's applicable commission policy.
• No commission will be payable on cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or suspicious orders.
• Previously credited commission may be adjusted where a transaction is subsequently cancelled, returned, reversed, or found to be fraudulent.
• The company does not guarantee any fixed monthly income, profit, or financial return.

Any income earned through the platform depends on actual eligible product sales, customer demand, marketing efforts, and the applicable company commission policy.

6. No Income for Simply Adding Members

The primary purpose of the platform is the promotion and sale of the company's products.

Users must not claim that income is guaranteed simply by:

• Adding members
• Purchasing a subscription
• Referring people
• Recruiting subscribers

Users must not make claims such as "fixed monthly income," "guaranteed profit," or "invest and earn guaranteed returns."

7. Marketing Rules

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information about company products.
• Use only company-approved product information and marketing materials.
• Avoid false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
• Not create fake discounts, fake MRP, fake reviews, or fake income screenshots.
• Not misuse the company's name, logo, trademarks, or product images.
• Not send spam or misleading promotional messages.
• Not represent themselves as an employee, doctor, medical representative, or authorized company representative without permission.

Where products involve health-related information, users must use only information officially provided or approved by the company.

9. Orders and Customers

• Product prices, taxes, availability, delivery, offers, and applicable conditions will be as displayed or communicated by the company.

12. Subscription Cancellation and Refund

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or specifically approved by the company.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund for the period already paid for.
