5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If an amount is successfully debited from the customer's account due to a failed, duplicate, or technically unsuccessful transaction, the amount will be reviewed and, where applicable, refunded through the original payment method in accordance with the payment provider's process.

6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

The company reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or misleading transactions. Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated.
